Created by coffee growers across Chiapas and Oaxaca, this blend brings together heritage varieties—Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra—grown at 900–1000 meters in clay-mineral soils.

A fully washed, sun-dried process preserves its clean structure and crisp finish.
